Booking & Inquiries

When you book a shoot or submit an inquiry through our website, phone, or messaging, we collect:

• Preferred shoot date and time

Realtor Delivery Accounts

When you use our delivery platform, we may also collect:

Payment Information

Invoices are emailed and payment is made by Interac e-Transfer. We do not collect or store credit card numbers or banking details. In the future, we may add third-party payment processors for card payments; any such transactions would be handled under those providers’ own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use only an essential login/session cookie for clients who log in to the delivery platform. This cookie is required for the platform to function and does not track your activity across other websites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Analytics

We do not currently use external web analytics services. We may add standard analytics in the future and will update this policy accordingly.

Advertising

We may promote our work on social media, including boosting posts on Instagram. Such ads are delivered by those platforms under their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal information with advertising networks.

Service Providers

To deliver our services, we rely on a small number of third-party providers, including:

• A mapping and address-autocomplete provider for our booking form
