We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekend shoots. However, we can often accommodate same-day or next-day bookings based on availability.

How long does a typical shoot take?

Photography shoots typically take 90-120 minutes depending on property size. We add extra time for drone work, video, and floor plan measurements.

What if the weather is bad for drone photography?

We offer free rescheduling for drone services if weather conditions are unsafe. Safety is our top priority.

When will I receive my photos and videos?

Accepted Answer

Most deliverables are ready within 24-48 hours. Providing the highest quality materials is our top priority, so if anything doesn't meet our standards, we may take extra time to perfect it. We'll notify you immediately if any delays arise.

Do you photograph occupied or vacant properties?

Accepted Answer

Both. We work with vacant, owner-occupied, and tenant-occupied homes. For occupied properties we recommend a brief pre-shoot tidy-up, and we are happy to share a preparation checklist before your appointment.

We serve the entire Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, including Abbotsford, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge, Mission, New Westminster, Richmond, Surrey, Vancouver, and White Rock.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled shoot. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee to compensate for travel and prep time.

You receive a private gallery link with high-resolution and MLS-optimized versions of every image. You can download the full set or share the link directly with clients.
