Yes. A 2D floor plan is included with every base photography package at no additional cost. We measure the property on-site during the photography appointment.
What is the difference between 2D and 3D floor plans?
A 2D floor plan shows the layout from above with room labels and dimensions. A 3D floor plan adds a perspective view with furniture representation, giving buyers a more immersive sense of the space. 3D plans are available as an add-on.
How accurate are the floor plan measurements?
We measure each room on-site using laser measurement tools. The floor plan reflects the actual layout and dimensions of the property, not an estimate from public records.
Can I get a floor plan without booking photography?
Yes, floor plans can be ordered as a standalone service. However, most clients find it more efficient to combine photography and floor plans in a single appointment since we are already on-site.
